This helps cover the cost of the rehearsal and performance spaces, costumes, microphones, the rights to the show, and everything else that comes along with producing a fantastic show. IN ADDITION, each cast member is required to sell $250 of advertisements for our playbill. If a cast member sells less than $250 in advertisements, they will receive a bill for the difference which must be paid no later than one week before the first performance.
If for some reason you or your child feels that the program in which they are enrolled is not something they wish to continue with, a refund of 50% may be requested after the first class, OR the child may apply their tuition in full towards another MCYT program within the same calendar year.
BEHAVIOR AND ANTI-BULLYING POLICY:
Parents are responsible for their child's behavior. This includes payment for any and all property damages/losses, resolving conflicts, and carrying out disciplinary actions if necessary.
MCYT acknowledges that bullying behavior is unacceptable and holds a zero tolerance policy for bullying. Should a child enrolled in an MCYT program behave in a way that is perceived as bullying, staff reserves the right to suspend the child from the program. Should it be determined that the child's behavior is not in accordance with this policy, the child will be removed from the program, and no refund will be issued.
